Does the dirt make a difference?
It is a truth (almost!) universally acknowledged that grapes grow differently in different soils and different climates.
One of the soil types we get most excited about (I know, weird) is volcanic soils which seem to give the wines an extra dimension, a natural verve. Join us for this tasting exploring wines from volcanic vineyards around the world.
We'll taste five wines, accompanied by food from the GlouGlou kitchen. Tickets are £35 per person which includes tasting wines and three plates. Buy online or visit us in store in Shrewsbury Market Hall. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.
The tasting will be held at PetitGlou, our bar | café next to the shop in Shrewsbury Market Hall, starting at 6.30pm and finishing by around 8.30 - after party at GlouGlou!
