*unicorn wines: wines that are rare and beautiful, not necessarily expensive but the kind of wines people talk about, that are rarely seen and that maybe your friend knows someone who once drank one. Not normally the kind of wines that go on by the glass lists either and, to be fair, it’s partly because we all want to try them that we’re doing it. Call it educational! 😋
