Since we first drank this a couple of years ago we've eagerly awaited each new vintage and the 2019 is the best yet. Pale in colour but deep in flavour, it's not sure if it's rosé or red but really it's in a class of its own. Made by Elisabetta Foradori from local grape Teroldego with just a couple of days skin contact it's unique, exciting and delicious. The first vintage was made as a necessity, a bit of an experiment as to how to deal with some hail damaged grapes. But it was so good, it's become a regular feature.
