Wine growing can be a very chemical, power and water intensive industry. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Since we started Iron & Rose in 2016 we have been championing wine growers who work in harmony and with respect for the environment. Wines that are better tasting, better for you, and better for the planet.
Across our businesses, Iron & Rose and GlouGlou, we try to minimise our impact. For example by sourcing all our electricity from truly renewable sources, and reusing packaging or using packaging that can be fully recycled or reused again.
There is so much more we could do though, and we’re constantly trying to do better.
Make a difference this Earth Day by making this the first day of an everyday habit of trying that little bit harder.
