Paint Bottle Workshop - Shropshire Tropicalia Style - 18th of September

The month of September features local artist, Lucy Caddel. Her works will be displayed on the walls and she will also be organising a workshop where people will be able to paint on wine bottles in her style...or whichever style they like. Lucy studied Fine Art at University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and Goldsmiths College London, has experience teaching in Peru and 18 years as head of Art in London and Shropshire. Lucy has worked passionately with art communities and Big Draw Events. She is now a full time artist and educator who runs workshops in Shrewsbury https://www.lucycaddel.com/

The theme of the month is Shropshire Tropicalia! Combining the local with the tropical..which is where the wine comes in. 

Lucy will be there to offer as much guidance as you would like and will be there to tell you a bit about her artwork and style. The finished product will be available to take home with you and display in your house..why not get some cork lights?

£25 pp and will include your first glass of wine on arrival, bar snacks and all materials needed for the workshop. All you need to bring is yourself and your creative mind!

This event will be held at GlouGlou, 17a Castle Gates from 7pm-9pm.
