“Halagasha” is the word Xhosa use when celebrating a soccer goal and this wine is a celebration of what local grape Pinotage can do when handled gently, producing a wine which has an easy, approachable and drinkable style, closer to good Gamay or Pinot Noir than the blockbuster Shiraz stylee you often find. 

Whole bunch fermented under semi-carbonic conditions for 8 days in stainless steel tanks.

Aged for 5 months in 225L barrels after which it spends 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
