Dune, Mingha Shan, McLaren Vale, Australia

Dune was created by brothers Peter and Duncan Lloyd who took over a small parcel in Blewitt Springs of McLaren Vale. The land was over worked and the previous grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris were replaced. The brothers chose Southern Mediterranean varietals and they work each individual parcel and each grape varietal differently but their main focus has been to improve the land and treat the grapes as individuals

Shiraz co-fermented with Italian white grape variety Fiano, to give beautiful aromatics. Creamy smooth.
