Crunchy yet smooth and utterly drinkable red from Thierry Navarre's biodynamic vines in St Chinian. Red Fruits, liquorice and plenty of herbs and spice. Le Laouzil is named after the 'Les Laouzes' which is the local name for the brown schist/slate soils on which the vines are grown. Chillable in the summer if you wish, great drunk alongside most things!
