Jean Delobre is third generation winemaker at Le Ferme de Sept Lunes, perched high up on a hill in St Joseph facing the cooling breeze from the South East. He has been practicing organic and biodynamic farming since 1997 and he is creating fresh wines with a real depth and pure, juicy.

This glou gamay is made from young vines, 2 thirds have been destemmed with the final third undergoing whole bunch fermentation before raging in tanks.
