Guillaume Gonnet, Le Rêveur, Côtes du Rhône Blanc, France

The Gonnet family own a famous estate in Chateauneuf du Pape but Guillaume and his Australian born wife Kelly also make a range of wines from other parts of the Rhône valley from grapes grown for them by friends. 

This is a deliciously aromatic white, a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne. Lovely with fish and seafood its also one of favourite wines with cheese, especially young, soft rinded cheeses.
